September se February ke awaiyl tak yeh fruit ba aasani dastiyab hota hai. Duniya ke beshtar mumalik mein anar (pomegranate ) ki kasht ki jati hai.

Pomegranate (Anar) ke juice mein black namak daal kar piya jaye to hazma bhi behtar hota hai aur dauran e khoon mein bhi izafa hota hai.

Anar (Pomegranate) naya khoon banana ki aehliyat rakhta hai.

Anar qadrey qabiz hai. Jism ko mota karta hai. Khoon saaf karta hai. Piyas aur bechaini ko door karta hai. Garmi door karne ko methe aur khatte dono qisam ke anaar faiydemand hain.

Fever aur shadid piyas ki halat mein thandak pohchata hai. Sozaak mein mufeed hai.

Tursh pomegranate sard khushk hota hai. Meyde aur seene ki sozish ko rafaa karta hai.

Apple

Fruits mein saib (apple) ko sab se ziyada sehat o tawanai bakhsh, lazeez tareen phal qarar diya gaya hai.

Adrak Ke Faide

Yeh yaad rakhiye ke ginger mein khoon ko patla karne ki bharpor salahiyat maujood hai, lehaza agar aap pehle he se khoon patla karne wali medicines ka istemal kar rahe hain to apne muaalij ke mashware ke bina ginger ka istemal na barhaen.

Palak

Yeh sasti aur mufeed sabzi afzaiysh khoon ki salahiyat rakhti hai. Soch lijiye agar bimariyon ke khilaf dhal banana hai to sabziyon mein spinach ke istemal ko tarjeeh den. Palak ko taqat ka raaz bataya jata hai. Lekin hum log vegetables ke istemal mein pasand na pasand ke meyar par is ki tawanai bakhsh khasiyat ko fauqiyat nahi dete. Darasal humen maloom nahi hai ke Palak faulad aur hiyateen ke mehnge syrup se kae ziyada mufeed aur kargar hai. Lekin behtar yeh hai ke ise ziyada bhona na jae. Palak Ke Faide

Karela Benefits

Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) yeh sabzi pore barre sagheer mein khai aur ugaai jati hai.

Yeh apne tibbi fawaiyde ki wajah se Maghrabi duniya mein bhi kafi maqbool ho rahi hai. Karela beshumar ghizai ajzaa par mushtamil sabzi hai. Is mein Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, Copper, Protein, Selenium, Fiber, Vitamin A aur C bhi hota hai.

Ghazaiyat se bharpoor hone ki wajah se yeh beshumar amraaz mein faiyda pohnchati hai. Is liye atbaa o hukma arsaa daraz se karela ko dawaiyon mein bhi istemal kar rahe hain aur Karela paka kar khane ka mashwara bhi sete hain. Baaz log is ki karhwahat ki wajah se ise na pasand karte hain, lekin agar Karele ko cheel kar 3 se 4 ghante ke liye Namak laga kar rakh diya jae, to karele ki karhwahat mein kami aa jati hai.

Benefits of Karela In Diabetes

Karela Diabetes ke liye desi ilaaj hai. Haliya tibbi tehqeeq mein yeh baat samne aai hai. Ke is mein Insulin se mushabiha aik Mada paya gaya hai. Jise nabatati Insulin ka naam diya gaya hai.

Chakotra k beshumar fauday hain. Chakotra (Grapefruit) mein beshumar ghizai ajza maujood hota hain. Jaisa ke potassium, protein, foliate, niacin, mukhtalif antioxidant, sodium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc, vitamin A, C, E, aur K, pyridoxine aur thiamin mukhtalif miqdar mein paey jate hain jo insane jism ke liye zaroori hote hain. Chakotra (Grapefruit) ka use insane jism ko quwwat bakhshta hai, is mein madniyat ka khazan chupa hai. Is mein maujood vitamin C ke fawaiyd par tawajja deni bohat zaroori hai. Yeh nazle, zukam aur flu jaise amraaz se bachata hai, jo hamare han amooman mausam e sarma mein bohat se logon ko ho jata hai. Is mein shamil Bioflavonoid cancer ke khilaf mahaz khol dene ki salahiyat rakhte hain. Is mein amujood alkaline aik aisa juz hai, jise agar saqeel ghiza khan eke bad kahya jae to wo is ko zod hazam bana deta hai.

Chakotra (Grapefruit) jahan jism ko dosre moozi amraaz se mehfooz rakhta hai, wahin sugar jaisi bemari jo andar he andar insane ko khokhla kar deti hai, is mein bhi bohat mufeed hota hai.
